Carronshore Community Centre is situated in the Carron area of Falkirk.
The Class is instructed by Master David Bailey (7th Dan) Black Belt.

Class times are listed below.The Carronshore class involves students of all ages and grades, new beginners are always very welcome.

6.00 - 6.45 pm - Beginners - 10th and 9th Kup white belts
6.00 - 7.00pm Intermediates - 8th and 7th Kup yellow belts
6.45 - 8.00pm Advanced - 6th to 3rd Kup green & blue belts
7.30 - 8.30pm Seniors 2nd Kup and above - Red & Black belts

Getting Started

New beginners are always welcome at all of the Academy classes. Just come along ten minutes before the class
is due to start and speak to the instructor for beginners information.

You should wear some form of loose clothing, such as jogging bottoms, and a T-shirt. You can train in bare feet
or wear light training shoes, whichever you prefer. On training at any of our venues please ensure you follow
the class rules as they are in place to create a safe and enjoyable training environment.

Please remember to remove any jewellery, watches etc. before the class, as these may cause injury to yourself
or other students.

Training Fees

Your first week of training will be free. Thereafter class fees start from only £19.00 per month and you can train
as often as you like at any of our venues.

Memberships

On enrolling with the Academy you will receive a student handbook, a British Taekwondo Control Board licence(BTCB),grading record book/membership of the United Taekwondo Association(UTA) as well as insurance against injury.

The Central Academy is the only club in the area with BTCB recognition. The BTCB is the governing body of WTF taekwondo in the U.K.
