3rd Scottish Open Poomsae

 

Please find attached notification of compulsory poomsae for A Class competitors at the 3rd Scottish Open Poomsae Championships - Saturday 8th October 2011.

All B and C Class categories are straight to final. All competitors in these categories will perform 2 poomsae of their own choice.

The event will be our biggest yet with 198 competitors from 20 teams.

We will be using the Adidas electronic scoring system, as used at this year's European Championships.

There will be an opportunity for judges to familiarise themselves with the system at the competition venue, Grangemouth Complex, on Friday evening from 9pm.

Schedule for Competition (All timings are approximate)

8.30-9.30am - Registration

9.00am - Judges Meeting

9.50am - Event Opening by Provost

10.00am - Competition on 3 courts

1.00pm - Lunch Break

1.30pm - Competition resumes

6.00pm - Awarding of Team Trophies

6.30pm - Finish
